上图是今年冬窗的报表，俱乐部只需要填写4个基本信息：球员、双方俱乐部、费用，理论上1分钟内即可完成。

而这张报表只能在关窗前2小时才能使用，为的就是给俱乐部争取额外的时间完成交易。而双方俱乐部也必须在关窗后2个小时提交相关文件，否则该报表将作废。

这项措施是在08年引入的，这个报表大大提高了转会窗截止的前交易的成功率。
